The Board of Supervisors of the County of King George, Virginia will hold a public hearing to receive public input regarding adoption of a proposed ordinance to the King George Code, on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, 1t 6:30pm in the Revercomb Building. The proposed ordinance imposes a fee not to exceed $5.00 as part of the costs for each criminal and traffic case in both the General District Court and the Circuit Court to fund software, hardware, and associated equipment costs for the implementation and maintenance of an electronic summons system.
