The King George County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 pm, on March 10, 2020, in the Board Room to hear two cases. Case Number 19-08-Z03 is a request by PR Farm LLC to rezone, with proffers, Tax Map 9, Parcel 5 from Limited Agricultural District (A-1) to Resort Community District (RC). Case Number 19-12-S01 is an amendment to the King George County Subdivision Ordinance to comply with teh Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act as recommended by the Department of Environmental Quality.
