The King George County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2020 in the Board Room to consider the following request:
VMRC Permit Application #19-1806: Request by John Morton to stabilize approximately 770 linear feet of a failed or failing shoreline. Tiered masonry walls and rip-rap toe protection will be installed and slopes will be graded and restored with native vegetation. Nine existing timber groins will be repaired, holding their existing footprint. To be constructed along the Potomac River at 5451 White Fox Lane King George, VA 22485 (Tax Map 14, Parcel 68).
